Refund policy
We have a 7-day exchange policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request an exchange.
NO RETURNS ARE GIVEN FOR ANY REASON UNLESS THE GARMENT IS DEFECTIVE.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, tagged, and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

If your exchange is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so we can assess the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items Items that have been worn and you wish to return, as well as items that are damaged from use or if the size was specified and is not the customer's actual size and the customer claims it is not their size, the item is not returnable.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
14-Day Cooling-Off Period in the EU Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As stated above, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn and unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds Discounted items are non-refundable.
No refunds will be given for any reason. We do not give you money back under any circumstances.
